The Challenge
A 15-person division had work scattered across Teams, email, and an unused Asana instance, with no intake process, no status visibility, and partners consistently not receiving responses.
My Approach
Designed and built the division's Asana governance from the ground up, since no project taxonomy, intake process, or workflow standard existed. Created a structured intake system to replace the patchwork of Teams messages and email requests, defined workflows by request type, and rolled out a single system of record for every project status. Trained all 15 team members on the new process and managed 20+ weekly requests through it once live, refining the system based on real usage. Maintained it for 4 months post-launch.
Results
50%+ faster processing in 90 days. Eliminated duplicate work and missed deadlines, and gave the division its first reliable, centralized view of where every request stood, replacing a system with none.
