The Challenge
USAID's legacy system had critical storage limitations across 86 global missions. No migration framework, training program, or adoption plan existed.
My Approach
6 months of vendor research, Google procurement, and stakeholder alignment before execution. Built a full change management program with Google SMEs. Managed blockers by triaging what I could control. Also coached a mid-level PM to independently lead Google SME sessions.
Results
Fully migrated 10 of 86 missions, 100 to 500+ users per site, zero data loss. Presented to 15+ C-level executives throughout.

The Challenge
During COVID, USAID had no real-time visibility into system access across 92 US missions, creating security gaps and slowing program planning organization-wide.
My Approach
Built a weekly executive dashboard tracking remote vs. in-person access across 92 missions. Data later directly informed the Google Cloud migration sequencing, making this a foundational program.
Results
Reduced reporting time, prevented security gaps, and informed downstream program decisions. Delivered consistent reporting to 15+ C-level leaders weekly.

A 15-person division had work scattered across Teams, email, and an unused Asana instance, with no intake process, no status visibility, and partners consistently not receiving responses.
My Approach
Built a structured Asana workflow system, trained all 15 team members, and managed 20+ weekly requests. Identified a 3-hour manual tracking process and rebuilt it in Power Automate, cutting it to 10 minutes. Maintained the system for 4 months post-launch.
